We believe it's important to understand you, how you live your life now and what your future needs will be. We’re interested in your idea of home, the places you have lived and the buildings you love.
We draw on our extensive knowledge of local architecture and building traditions and show you houses and spaces to inspire you. Together we develop a building form that will be a bespoke fit for your needs and taste.
As the design emerges we test the feasibility of the project against your budget and timeframe, and the planning constraints. At every stage these parameters are tested so that you stay in control of the process.

Planning
We work together to develop a design that meets your aspirations whilst standing the best possible chance of getting planning consent.
We will help you to understand the local planning constraints so that you can decide the level of risk you want to take into the planning application. We have a strong track record of achieving planning consent, including with listed buildings and protected environments.

Building
We start engaging with our network of trusted local contractors at an early stage of the project to encourage a collaborative build process from start to finish.
By the time we are ready to start building we will have a great contractor in place who will be as enthusiastic about the project as we are. They will already have advised on buildability and cost and will have produced a reliable cost plan and programme.
We will stay by your side throughout construction and encourage you to come to site and feel excited about the progress being made. When problems arise you will be presented with solutions and any cost implications will always be transparently reported.

Aftercare
We remain available to solve any problems that arise after the work has finished and review the work a year after completion.
